Welcome to Sunset Vista, your dream vacation rental located in beautiful Southwest Florida. This spacious and modern home boasts a serene location in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from the beach & down town Fort Myers.

As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a large and open floor plan, perfect for spending time with your loved ones. The living room features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a long day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the island provides ample space for cooking and entertaining.

One of the highlights of Sunset Vista is the outdoor area. You'll love spending time outside in the beautiful Florida weather, whether lounging by the pool or grilling at the outdoor kitchen. The pool is large and inviting, surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of space to relax.

The bedrooms are all beautifully decorated and offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious shower. The other two bedrooms are also spacious and comfortable, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two twins. There is also a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. 

Added Fees: 

$270 cleaning fee

Damages:

$200 refundable hold. This will be refunded after checkout if no damages are found or extra cleaning required.

If someone damages, stains, breaks property through their own negligence or intentional actions, they will be held legally responsible for the damages. They will be held responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing. If someone intentionally vandalizes property, they will be liable for the damages caused.

No smoking

No pets (Only service animals. Documentation must be provided prior check in.)

No Parties - Unless you have booked our small event rate. Please contact us for more information for small events.

Cameras are installed outside the property. They are not facing any windows. Your privacy is our biggest priority. This is why we are disclosing the location. First Camera is located at the front of the property facing the street. Second camera is facing the side yard & 2nd garage also facing the street. Third camera is located on the doorbell.
